Ok, as soon as you spawn, get some wood. You will want to craft tools with it. If you are in the desert, sprint around until you find a tree in a different biome nearby. Take your wood, and put it in your 2x2 crafting space. To get in your inventory, press E. Then you will find your crafting space. Left click on your wood, and left click in one of the spots in crafting space above. Then click on your new item! You got wood planks!
Put a wood plank in every space in your crafting space. You should get a "crafting Table." Get out of your inventory by pressing E again. Hold your crafting table, and right click on the ground near you. right
